Coldwater Creek Meats was started after Brad and Kate Baker moved their family to a new home outside Grand Rapids, Michigan. The home was situated on a picturesque pasture alongside Coldwater Creek.
A friend convinced Brad to put his new pasture to use raising a few beef cattle. When the beef sold quickly, the Bakers raised more cattle. The family made a commitment to raise high-quality beef breeds on a grass-fed, grain-finished diet for the most well marbled, flavorful meat.
Recently, Coldwater Creek Meats expanded to include more pasture for raising additional cattle.
